Mindfulness

Jane Mitchell of MindBodyFeeling offers mindfulness sessions which include various meditations and teaching. The sessions are gently paced with time for processing and reflecting.

Qigong

This course is an introduction to Qigong and an appraising of exercises learnt by those who have attended before. There will be some new exercises.

This form of movement brings exercises that are gentle and invigorating, that will help the body and mind relax, the muscles let go and build strength while opening the lungs and improve health.
