Jon Dale, SOHAS’s senior adviser, will give a presentation on the types of advice and support given to patients who have ME/CFS, fibromyalgia and/or long COVID who are struggling to stay at work or return after a period of sickness absence.
Sheffield Occupational Health Advisory Service (SOHAS) delivers Sheffield’s job retention services, providing advice to people who believe their health is being affected by their work or their work is being affected by their health.
This talk is relevant to both people living with the conditions and employers and much of it will be relevant to people outside Sheffield too, e.g. Access to Work and reasonable adjustments.
