All these activities are available for free to our paid members.
Qigong sessions are provided via a partnership with Orla O'Connor and Understanding Arts CIC and are available to non paid members suffering from ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, long covid or any other conditions sharing symptoms of post-exertional malaise, severe fatigue and chronic pain. If you live with ME/CFS, fibromyalgia or long covid and aren't a member of the SMEFG, you are welcome to purchase membership for £12 a year and access the range of activities and services we offer, comprising access to all the above activities.
