The best way to start the new year is to take part in new activities!

A full programme of weekly activities awaits you:

  • Mindfulness

  • Qi Gong

  • Tai Chi

  • Singing

  • Nutrition & Cookery - please answer this survey to help us design this programme the way you want it

And also, you will start the year with the following monthly activities:

  • Chris' quiz

  • Social get together

  • Parlons français !

All these activities are available for free to our members.

If you are a ME, Fibromyalgia or Long Covid sufferer and aren't a member already, you are welcome to purchase membership for £12 a year and access the range of activities and services we offer.


These activities have been chosen following the expressions of interest of our members throughout the year, and the feedback you gave us after the OctoberFest - many thanks!
